Skills & Drills was designed for rifle shooters (air rifle and smallbore). However, the daily journaling and periodization information would be useful for any type of shooting discipline, including pistol, shotgun, and archery.

The journal and app are suitable for all levels of athletes. The journal features a daily journaling component that will help anyone of any age, ability, or goal to focus and see improvement. The app is personalized to each athlete. You will complete your score profile and then take a daily quiz to choose a drill that matches and adapts to your level and goals.

No, although they are very helpful to use together they are separate products for separate purposes.

For maximum results, use and follow the methodology every day that you train. Drills are a great way to be more intentional and efficient on the range.
